REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. Printed and signed Application Form
2. Bachelor diploma with a copy of a transcript of records with grading scale. A transcript is an official written document which lists and certifies previous school achievements and explains the grading system applied.
3. Apostille or Legalization of the Bachelor’s degree certificate
4. Official confirmation concerning your eligibility to apply for Master programmes
Copy of a certificate stating that the submitted Bachelor diploma entitles the holder to apply for Master studies in the country of issue (only if there is no such a comment/line stating such an entitlement on the diploma/transcript).
5. Translation of a Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript of records into Polish or English
6. Receipt of payment of the Application Fee
7. English language qualifications:
 IELTS — above 6 points, e (TOEFL) – at least 87 points
 
Studies commence: 4 October
Application deadline: 1 February
